“Light bulb not working ”

“I was traveling for personal and business for which I stayed for two nights and everything was great. The room was clean, easy access to the hotel, accessible parking and the walk-in shower was very nice with no issues. Would recommend staying to anyone. ”

“Bathrooms are dirty, and the furniture is very rundown. The pool was closed as well as the gym. They offer baby beds/cribs on their website but at arrival they said they don’t offer them. ”

“I washed all of my white clothes. Checked dryer. Was good. When I got the clothes out EVERYTHING has red stains on them. A tube of red lipstick melted on everything. 10pair of socks 5 men 5 women under ware 5 hankies 3 men’s t shirts 1 bra. All new for vacation.Told 2 clerks no manager on duty. Said to wait for email and or call corporate. I Don’t wear lipstick. All will we trashed. I am from CA have to buy I need a refund on room or reimbursement .not their fault but not mine either.”
