“Check in was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. One of the curtain pull rods was broken and the shower head needed to be tightened to prevent water from spraying the ceiling. Otherwise, nice room.”

“I liked that the property is located close to the airport. The staff did not engage at all besides helping me with checking in/out. I was not provided any info regarding the gym, pool, hours of the bar and/or breakfast hours. The property advertises airport pickup/drop off but when I tried to schedule airport pickup I was told to call them once I land in DFW. I found that a bit odd and not convenient because this could have been scheduled prior hand but instead they advise you to wait...

“Our room was just ok. Beds were again just ok. Our meal at the hotel was treatable. It was on Monthers day. The food was not eatable. We ordered chicken stip basket and a noodle dish it was the worst. We still payed but not worth the price at all pass if you are ever at the DFW Hyatt ”

“If you have an early morning flight out of DFW, this is a great option for you. The commute to DFW was three minutes. Also, the hotel is very very well soundproofed because we did not hear noise from even one airplane despite being so close to the airport. Property could stand to be remodeled because it is slightly dated. Bathroom water pressure was very low.”

“Hotel was adequate for a nights stay as we had an early doctor appointment the next morning. Many restaurants nearby - some walking distance. Had trouble with room keys not working for more than 1-2X. Had coffee and some breakfast items in the morning. Allow pets.”

“Room wise, it was amazing. We got a grand bear suite on the second floor, but it was totally quiet (despite sharing the floor with the main lobby and gift shop/starbucks). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The waterpark was fun for our kids. I do feel like it was less crowded (Sunday-Monday in May before school gets out)- so I imagine our experience was unique.”
