Hotel a Ponder

“My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. “The air conditioning in the first room we were assigned to didn’t work. The manager moved us immediately when we brought it to his attention. The room is what it is. Somewhere safe and clean to stay. The staff was very accommodating.”

“I had 2 rooms. The floors and counters were dirty with grime and hair. The shower barely reached Luke warm temperature. One of the rooms the shower curtain was barely hanging on and the room had a strong smell of curry. The outside doors were always left ajar. The mini fridge froze my fruit and water bottles. Some of the staff didn’t seem too pleased to be there.”
