“The staff was not welcoming at all. No greetings, just look away. The cleaning staff parked outside our door and was very loud. Our room did not get cleaned that day. The towels and sheets were worn and had black marks on them. They did smell cleaned but had holes and fraying edges. We went down to breakfast on Saturday at 9:30. When we asked if there were more sausages we were told breakfast was over. The front desk had said it ended at 10:00. The last evening in our room we found a bug. Not...
