“Arrived and the receptionist was no where to be found. I waited 15 minutes until someone showed up. The facility and room was ok for 1 night stay, but it had a smell when i walked into the room. They definitely need to update the room, I think it was the old carpet in the room. I think that is what makes the room smell and made it feel dirty. “Rooms needs a lot improvements”

“The hotel worked for what we needed. There was a bit of a smell in the lobby of mildew but the room was ok. Nothing fancy but in Alice, TX, the options are limited. The free breakfast with fresh coffee, pancake machine and other options was great to get the day going. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Access to the hotel was great and in a good location to access Walmart and several restaurants. The room was clean and stocked with what we needed. Our timing didn't work out for us to enjoy much of the breakfast, but it was nice to be able to grab something on our way out and there was a good variety. If we are in the area again someday, we would definitely stay here again.”

“Pillows were disgusting. Sheets were dirty and had hair all over. My husband found a cup with pee in the shower and the toilets look like they hadn’t been wiped down in at least, months. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early but I would not stay here again. It was pet friendly but the fee had changed and was not updated on the website”

“Hotel has a nice look to it when walking in. However that’s where it ended. The second floor hallway smelled musty when we got out of the elevator. That smell never went away. The room was ok although some things didn’t work. The phone did not work. Mentioned to front desk a few times but was never fixed.
