“Showed up on Saturday 4th of July weekend and the place looked vacant. Just a stray dog and the main door had a “closed” sign. I google a phone number and no one answered, I called the number Expedia had listed and some answered with “wrong number” and I had to book somewhere else last minute. I’m still waiting for Expedia to get back to me since they say they can’t get a hold of anyone to see if I can get a refund.”

“When I first reserved this place for my wife and mother in law, it showed a 7+rating about 2 months ago. When they got there it was dirty, nasty, and unkept. I went to the app that I used to rent it and the rating was now a 4.2. How does a property drop in rating that much in 2 months. It has to be because of the place itself and the ownership/ management.
I don’t recommend this place for anyone.”

“The first room we were in had a broken window and a broken mirror. They then moved us to another room, but there was no air conditioning, mold in the showers, and flies everywhere. The elevator was scary; it got stuck for a few seconds and made a loud noise. The staff was helpful.”

“We loved our room, it felt like a mini apartment. Had a full kitchen, stove, microwave, big fridge. They bad mini dish soap and a brand new sponge available if we needed it. They had kitchen supplies, pots, pans, silverware. We loved how spacious it was. Definitely would be back!”

“I’d like to start by saying the staff was great in accommodating me however the first room ac unit leaked all night and soaked my luggage and the second room was missing a coffee filter so I couldn’t even make a cup of coffee other than being a place to sleep after taking out a boat this place is useless for a small family next time I come I’ll stay at a beachside hotel for the price of this which ended up being the equivalent of an hourly rate motel”
