“Absolutely incredible staff and great experience, my only concern was that almost every outlet wouldn't hold a charging cord. They constantly fell off. The hair dryer in our room was broken as was the shampoo container in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a fun experience.”

“The staff at the Hampton were some of the nicest staff members I have ever met at a hotel. The breakfast was excellent!! Couldn’t be better. The hotel may consider getting some new carts for customers to use for unpacking/packing. One cart had a broken wheel and all were very difficult to steer.”

“The place was well kept and clean. It had a very foul smell in the elevator and the stairwell. The pool was down for maintenance because it was green. To us it was no big deal for the pool to be down we found other ways to have fun. When we got in our room the gave us 2 towels for a family of four that was checking in. When we left for the day house keeping came in and took the used towels and never replaced them. We went down stairs and request more towels at like 830 and we were told they...
