“Key didn’t unlock the door, had to wait on employees to use an actual key anytime we wanted to enter. Power was lost for over 7 hours, when power came on the key pads still didn’t work. The overnight employee was the only helpful one. Property was kinda poorly maintained, looks like it could collapse.”

“There were very limited hotel options because of a large event that weekend, and this was the last non-smoking room available. Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. The front desk clerk was kind and offered air freshener since there were no other rooms available. I found a cigarette butt behind the door, the freezer was dirty, and there was dust all over the lamps, which made me question whether the room had actually been cleaned. I stayed one night...
