"There was an issue or something when i checked in, since apparently my room was not marked as occupied. Another customer as well as an employee tried to open my room twice while we were in there. Also, somebody went in while we were away, since we noticed some things missing."

"This was the worst stay I’ve ever had to endure, we checked in 4hrs after check in time and were told 3/5 rooms were ready. Only 2/5 rooms were ready and they said another hour for the other rooms. On top of not being ready we had to downsize from two beds to a king bed which was another inconvenience ..."
