“Worst staff and service, literally waited for 2 hrs to check in The reception is doesn't valid for this position to fulfill his job, He doesnot allocated the rooms on first serve first basis and also room were mold smell and no hot water. Requested to change room but it didn't happend.I have waited for the property manager call for three days it didn't happen.”

“We checked in, immediately went to eat, and returned only to find 1/3 of the room was soaking wet due to a leaking A/C we presume. We reported the issued to the front desk, but they said they didn't have any more rooms, but they could put some towels down. The room was dangerous! A slip risk due to water-soaked carpet and an electrical shock risk due to the soaking wet carpet and electrical cords about.
