“Amazing stay and experience”

“I didn’t eat there. But it all looked very delicious.”

“The room was out dated and it had a roach problem. The moment I entered I saw roaches as I closed the door. I had no choice staying there because I had a day surgery and I didn’t have time to find another room. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to pour water in it just to get it to flush. I would not recommend this place at all. I was worried about bed bugs all night. I told the manager at checkout and he says we don’t have any of those issues. “My biggest takeaway from my stay was two things. The first thing that I noticed was no one asked me for my Hilton's rewards number. I am a member and I love staying at Hilton, but after my check and I realized that I wasn't asked was I a member. Unfortunately I did not receive any of the perks that Hilton rewards members get for my stay. The next day I went to front desk to tell them that I was rewards member when the staff just said, oh okay, and that was the end of the conversation about that....

“The hotel was great. Very clean, great breakfast, wonderful water pressure. The only negative thing would be the bed was hard as a rock. But everything else was smooth sailing”

“I was on bottom floor. Room very musky. Out side door on the “ceiling” portion, in front of door, it was bare and wood showing. Need a lot of repair. Complex is big. Should have had me in another room. Breakfast consisted of a muffin in a plastic wrapper. Why say you have breakfast when you don’t. No fruit? Yogurt? When I asked employee behind counter she said we are grab and go only. And kept repeating that line, she must have practiced it. Said it like 7-8 times. Never said anything but we are...
