“Not as new as photos made it look - at all. This is an old motel. Also, not as large as pictures. Overall, pretty run down for the Best Western name. Not what I expected from Best Western - the reason I trusted it. More in line with an outdated Super 8. The only part I would give 5 star is the back lit vanity mirror which was spotless too. Tub had no traction and was super slick. Shower curtain was white and a little dingy. Bedding was white and looked old and dingy. The pillows on the king bed...

“Had to check out early. Front desk told my husband we would have to contact Expedia to get our refund. Expedia tried contacting the hotel and they would not answer/reply to any of their messages.”

“Large clean room. Excellent TV Channels! I'd suggest you request a room in the center back, the first five or so rooms along the front have lots of road noise. It's an overall nice hotel. ”

“Overall an excellent stay. The decor is dated, but it is clean and the beds are super comfortable. There was a sign at the front desk that the hotel will be updated sometime in 2026.”

“The rooms were very clean, the staff was great very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good- all the pastries were individually wrapper, hot cinnamons rolls. The lady even made me turkey sausage for me since I have dietary restrictions. I would recommend this place & stay again. ”

“Stains, sticky on the floor, Mold around bath tub, shower control extremely loose, Cleaned the room and left 1 hand towel, and 1 bath towel for 2 people. Pool beer cans and pizza boxes left at pool side, and trash in the pool. We paid for 2 nights and left after 1 night. NEVER WILL I STAY AT A MOTEL 6, I WILL SLEEP IN MY CAR FIRST!!!!!”

“Staff was nice. Room was a dump. Toilet seat was carved up and bathtub wall tiles were peeling or missing paint. Room smelled funny. TV remote missing battery door, no ironing board or iron in the room. Room and property generally looked worn down. But again, staff was nice.”

“Do not eat at the Nietos Mexican Restaurant next door. All I ordered was queso and chips. Queso was vivid orange like cheeze whip, lumpy and got cold quickly. The chips are not fresh. Malakoff is just down the road.... The front desk clerk was nice but got impatient because I don't hear well and she had to repeat a lot. Those sconce lights are really bright. Could use a dimmer option. Overall, my stay was good. I would stay there again.”

“Our water got cold every night we took a shower. Room had a bad smell. No coffee maker in room. Cheap quality towels ”

“The breakfast was healthy. The reason I choose here was that the rooms were inside and there was easy access to vending machine, breakfast and front desk. No need to walk from outside to inside. The staff was super professional and the rooms were nice, clean, smell good and there was a welcoming feel. I was able to get my amazon packages, no extra money. Quite environment. Definitely would recommend and visit again. ”
