Hotel a Wills Point

“Not as new as photos made it look - at all. This is an old motel. Also, not as large as pictures. Overall, pretty run down for the Best Western name. Not what I expected from Best Western - the reason I trusted it. More in line with an outdated Super 8. The only part I would give 5 star is the back lit vanity mirror which was spotless too. Tub had no traction and was super slick. Shower curtain was white and a little dingy. Bedding was white and looked old and dingy. The pillows on the king bed...

“A/c didn’t work at all. Bed was very uncomfortable, shower had good water pressure. ”

“Clean and all we needed to stay while fishing Lake Fork for 3 days. I like that parking is boat friendly and marked off for each room and electric outlet for each room. I love that they have a awesome tackle store right next door.”

“Stains, sticky on the floor, Mold around bath tub, shower control extremely loose, Cleaned the room and left 1 hand towel, and 1 bath towel for 2 people. Pool beer cans and pizza boxes left at pool side, and trash in the pool. We paid for 2 nights and left after 1 night. NEVER WILL I STAY AT A MOTEL 6, I WILL SLEEP IN MY CAR FIRST!!!!!”

“The room was on the same side of Whataburger. Which is right next to the hotel. Some of the vehicles driving to order food was a little loud at times. The bathroom needs to be updated. Paint missing from the bathtub, and the toilet needs to be replaced. ”

“Large clean room. Excellent TV Channels! I'd suggest you request a room in the center back, the first five or so rooms along the front have lots of road noise. It's an overall nice hotel. ”

“Me, my daughter and granddaughter stayed here one night for spring break and had the worst experience with the pool. They said there under new mgmt and used a new chemical called Borinne instead of chlorine but we were in the pool for 5 hours and didn’t smell or know anything was happy and when we all got out of the pool we could not stop coughing and wheezing. Worst experience ever then had to call fire dept/paramedics and get checked out vitals were all good so we thought it would eventually...

“Staff was nice. Room was a dump. Toilet seat was carved up and bathtub wall tiles were peeling or missing paint. Room smelled funny. TV remote missing battery door, no ironing board or iron in the room. Room and property generally looked worn down. But again, staff was nice.”
