“The location of this property was great for the things we were doing in Sulphur Springs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything needed - and all very hard working!”

“Our stay at the Magnuson Hotel in Commerce was extremely disappointing. The biggest concern was safety. None of the exterior doors to the building were locked. I personally checked every exterior entrance, and every one of them allowed unrestricted access to the hallways and guest rooms. The check-in process was frustrating. Before arriving, my father and I called twice to confirm that my mother, who has mobility issues, would have a room with a walk-in shower. When we checked in, we were...

“This was a great place to stop on our way through Texas. The Magnolia suite had everything we needed and was decorated in a lovely manner. Our host was very friendly and prepared a delicious and generous breakfast. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants- the little downtown area is very charming. Highly recommend!”

“Would have liked a little more in the breakfast offerings. My room also had an odd spot on the floor that clearly was a bad install and was just covered. So you had this random jump in the room”

“We stay at a different hotel and had a horrible night, so we decided to change hotels and stay another night. We picked Super 8, and it was wonderful. The room was huge, compared to other rooms we stayed in. Nice and comfortable beds. It was just a wonderful hotel!”

“The room was small. Not sure what they were thinking putting TWO beds in that room, because it would still be a small room with one bed in it! The mattresses were not comfortable at all, the reason we got a different hotel and stayed an extra night is because me, and non of my fellow travelers got any sleep....”
