“Front desk staff was not present when we arrived at 9pm to check into our room. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come check us in. When the lady did come to the counter, she was rude. The hallways were super hot and the AC in our room did not cool. The common areas were clean and the breakfast was ok. ”

I would never recommend them. I also need to be reimbursed for what I paid on the original booking with you. I have my original booking receipt & I have the receipt for paying a 2nd time. Check in took 45 minutes & we had a wedding to attend! Other guests had been waiting over an hour to get checked in as well. Please refund...

“This was a great place to stop on our way through Texas. The Magnolia suite had everything we needed and was decorated in a lovely manner. Our host was very friendly and prepared a delicious and generous breakfast. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants- the little downtown area is very charming. Highly recommend!”
