“Room was sufficient for my needs.”

“Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...

“Put better tvs frig and microwaves in all the rooms. ”

“There was a used towel on the bed when we arrived. The rooms have an odd smell, and so do the pillows. Otherwise it was an okay stay. The bed was very comfortable.”

“I stayed at this property almost a year ago and they were doing renovations then and are still doing them. Chair in the room was in horrible condition and bed was horrible. No ice machine or if there was one they don't tell you about it. No cofee. I said I wouldn't stay there again after first experience but I definitely won't stay there again after this experience. Room has a sliding door you can't open and the only thing keeping someone from adjoining room from coming into your room is a flip...

“Everything was great except the hot tub jets are broke. Could tell girl knew but said oh no, kinda like Mac Donalds ice cream machine. Hopefully next time it will be fixed for real.”

“The breakfast was very small. Make your own waffle was the only hot item. The rest was a small selection of poppy seed and blue berry muffins. A selection of cold cereal too. Coffee was available also. Overall a breakfast you could skip.”

“There were lots of ladybugs, both dead and alive, on the floors and walls of the room as well as in the shower. The AC unit was too large for the room making it act as a dehumidifier instead of colling the room. The bed was definitely not Queen sized as advertised. Chose the hotel because it was one of Choice Hotel's Ascend hotels. We had higher expectations.”

“It’s pretty run down. The door to our room has shifted and was getting stuck trying to open it close it. ”

“Just needed a quick night to stay halfway between home and Houston. Location was convenient. As many states in reviews, there is no front desk attendant, you message the property on here and they come meet you. Room was clean, but… Bed was rock hard and there were people outside yelling/blasting music all night long. Will definitely not stay there again. ”
