“Though the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and sink area is in need of repair! Curtain rod covers we're off , toilet paper dispenser came out of the wall, and I had to fix the toilet float 3x. ”

“What I didn’t like was the grab and go breakfast. There was little options to choose from. That was a huge disappointment. Also, I didn’t like that the pool was closed. The hotel in general is looking rough.”

“The building or my room was as basic as it gets. Quite uninviting and unwelcoming - as I said - very basic. You can hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. Shower stream was very weak, but water temp was good - hot. Bathroom door was creaking For 3 night's stay - we asked for room to be cleaned only to get back and was same. Not once was it cleaned. My wife and I were left wondering if this was typical of Tru By Hilton or was it because this was near a college campus?”
