“Pros- the price is great, comfortable bed, friendly staff, coffee in the room and at the office, parking in front of your door, great water pressure with plenty of hot water, and a very convenient location. Cons- no hangers, no luggage rack, no hair dryer, the TV only got one channel ( we don’t usually watch TV so we didn’t ask for help), the bathroom could use a deep deep cleaning of the floor grout, and the bathtub desperately needed refinishing. ”

“Staff was friendly we had no running hot water for the duration of our stay which we drove 3 1/2 hours for a baseball tournament 3 days. Others that had been staying there said it had almost been a week with no running water. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool like we hoped due to them trying to fix or replace the water heaters. The hotel did have good air conditioning room was very cold and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. ”

“They were doing some remodeling. It was an older hotel, but the beds were comfortable and it was quiet.”

“Room was clean but smelled of musty socks. Television wasn't working. I was told by the front desk staff that I might need to unplug the HDMI cables and switch them around. I did this try a few things and it still wouldn't work. Just ended up not watching tv. The ice maker on the third floor did not work. Shower dial that displayed hot and cold was loose and just spun freely. ”

“We booked the Hampton Inn in La Grange for the indoor hot tub but it was broken when we arrived.”
