“Recently stayed here while attending a wedding. The property has a new feel to it, which made us excited. When checking in, the staff were very friendly and the process went quickly. The room was quite clean. All new appliances. However, the interior is a bit confused. The kitchen has a stove/fridge/microwave, but all of the cupboards are empty. We came from the waterpark and wanted to shower with new towels but instead I waited in line just to be told I need to go get the towels and bring them to get new ones since housekeeping had left for the day and on the way to the room we passed the laundry room with plenty of towels cleaned and folded not to mention our room being on the opposite side of the building than the room wasn’t the cleanest. “So this hotel is just a quick stop, I would not recommend it for visitors but each is on. The ironing board was broke, the curtains were terrible in smoke room, the light fixtures look like they had never been wiped. The towels had stains on them. Terrible amenities”

“An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen”

“Breakfast was good and plenty of free parking. Bed was comfortable and slept well. ”

“The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. ”

“This location is completely maintained, safe, secure, near the freeway, quick commute to many businesses. I return to this location many times because of the peace and clean maintained rooms and outside property”

“Stayed for the World Cup was a great hotel a bit outside of Downtown but wasn’t a probably getting to watch parties or to the stadium for the game . Staff was great , and the hotel had everything we needed .”

“I saw the reviews and believed them, and I’m so glad. My room was pristine, it had all new furniture, and was upgraded to be very modern and sleek. On the outside, it looks like just a well-maintained motel, but the rooms are better than any motel. I had a peaceful night’s sleep, the temperature was perfect, the refrigerator worked, the shower was clean and worked well, and we loved having an ironing board and a blow dryer.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to suggest that they make sure the small appliances work properly before the guests arrive. I am one who likes to iron my clothes and had to try three before finding one that worked okay and did not leak water.”
