“Didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but it smelled great! The place was super clean and i loved how spacious the room was, even had a full size fridge, space and appliances to cook and a full size microwave. ”

“The room was very clean, staff friendly, and amenities provided. However, the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable and the room, no matter how low we set the temp, was just stuffy and warm. This made for 3 nights of uncomfortable sleep. I would book here again because we felt safe and everything was wonderful, but hopefully a different room with a more comfortable bed and better AC is available. ”

“The property is very nice the rooms are also excellent they have everything you need. The pool area has a grill and the outside property is clean. There are no random walkers and the parking area overnight is or what I feel is safe for you. 5 stars from me and my children!!!!!!! Will always stay here when coming down to Houston. “An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen”

“Lobby had trash that was left, smell as soon as you walk in, staff at desk was in back for attest 10 minutes before he came to check us in, dirt in hallways, room dingy, smelly, and hotel needs renovations. Air was not working properly and another guest must have been up all night slamming door. If it was not for the fact that it was midnight when we stopped and I’m not familiar with Houston, I would have definitely left. This hotel was not represented well online at all ”

“The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. ”

“The tv did not work in my room and there was no coffee bar in the room…..did have a microwave and refrigerator. Free breakfast was the bare basics and limited. The hairdryer in my room was broken. I requested a king bed and got two queens. The front desk lady was very nice as well as the housekeeper. Convenient location for one night.”

“The breakfast here was one of the poorest I've seen since Covid's "bag lunch" breakfasts. On the 2nd morning I'd swear the eggs and sausages were the left overs I'd seen the day before. The traffic noises were loud in the room. The parking lot was quite cramped. To the hotel's credit, the rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Usually there is poor lighting in hotel rooms but this room had plenty, requiring This 11 switches to control them all. The TV's were Amazon Fire software...
