“Very loud occupants who woke us up all through the night banging doors and running up the stairs. The hotel room curtains were off the rail and had holes in them. There was no toothpaste, one tiny bottle of shampoo and two soaps. There was a heavy smell of weed throughout the property up until the room. The keypad on the door was broken. No breakfast was provided even though it was advertised as such. Very poor stay we didn’t sleep all night and had to leave at 6 am. The tub and toilet were...

“Tv in the room was discolored but so minor i almost did not mention it. The front desk man when we checked in was extremely cool. Property was super nice and well updated ”

“An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen”

“The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. ”

“The room was clean and the people were very accommodating. The only “issue” was the water pressure in the shower and if coffee makers in the room is a must have for someone this place ain’t that. They do offer coffee in the lobby though. Just the rooms don’t have them. Other than that the place is fine. The curtains are amazing! They blackout the room very well! The location is great. So much to do in that area and not hard to get to all the big areas from there with highway access so close. ”
