“It was the worst hotel experience of my life. I had to switch rooms four times. The rooms were filthy. The pillows smelled of decay. The doors were coming apart. I checked out the next day. My plan was to stay for 5 days but this hotel is in such poor condition and understaffed. The receptionist was kind and understanding but mostly embarrassed. It’s a shame this establishment places their employees in such an embarrassment position. Don’t stay there! ”

“This was a good, hotel in a great district with some very nice amenities. The staff are lovely and the shuttle is fantastic. I didn’t use the pool or spa so can’t speak to this. The rooms are not as luxury boutique as I was expecting but they were certainly comfortable, just a bit in need of renovation- at least in the section of the hotel in which I was placed. Beds were truly comfy. Coffee in hallways was nice for the morning! ”
