“The owners communicated very clear instructions, made their selves available which was not needed. this is a very nice, clean place to stay with the most amazing rooftop patio which we took advantage of almost every night. it is in close proximity of the George R. Brown convention center and we were able to Uber to in less than 15 minutes.”

“Room was clean but the TV didn't work . The day that we went, the elevators weren't working? And people had to go up the stairs to their rooms. Thankfully, I had a first floor room. So I didn't have to worry about that. Staff was we're nice.”

“Breakfast was good. Can’t go wrong with breakfast potatoes, sausage links, eggs, and the normal continental items! Coffee was great as well. The room was average had a little smell but I normally go through and disinfect myself. Now the hallways were hot, it seemed like the air was off. All in all it has an at home feeling and the parking lot was safe.”

“The lobby was eye appealing and smelled very good. We were assigned to a room on the first floor that was not very clean and the bathroom floor was wet. We soon realized that it was due to a leaky shower. I reported this to the clerk at the front desk and her response was "oh they did tell me that room had that problem." She apologized and moved us to another room that was better and not set up for handicap. The television hardly had any channels so we had to watch Netflix on our tablet.”

“Staff was fantastic! From the front desk to the valet and housekeeping. Everyone was so helpful and personable. Great location; close to everything we wanted to see. Good restaurant choices near by. We enjoyed the Bayou as well. This will be one of our go to hotels.
On another note: Houston needs to provide some services for the unhoused population in downtown areas though. It was heartbreaking to see some many ppl suffering in the midst of”
