“The Hotel is in a great location.”

“We stayed here in a suite before leaving for a cruise. The property was fairly clean, our room was spacious, but we asked for a rollaway bed which was delivered before arrival. To say the rollaway bed was awful is an understatement. We have a 17 yr old girl and 15 yr old boy and them sleeping together would be strange and uncomfortable for them which is why we asked for the rollaway. First, the mattress had a huge stain which was completely unacceptable, and all you could feel was springs,...

“I received an old refrigerator and an even older microwave; both items should have been thrown away. The tub wasn’t clean and the toilet was very low to the floor. The balcony had chip paint that came off on your hands and arms. This hotel needs some upgrades, but it does have potential to be a wonderful place to stay. The front desk staff are wonderful, very nice and helpful.”

“WiFi kept lagging but other then that everything was great”
