Upon check in there is a list of don'ts done are completely understandable but others
No visitors
No pets
No excessive baggage
No extra persons
No smoking

The woman at the front desk was very stand offish the men, not so much, and I didn't expect an elaborate breakfast but I also didn't expect over ripened bananas and oranges and famous cookies.

“We stayed here for two days because I had appointments at MD Anderson cancer center, first the review said there is breakfast with our stay! No breakfast at all..then the water in our sink did not work so they changed us to another room and the same thing NO WATER! The second room they put us in was next to a couple that were fighting and smoking weed all night..the smell came in our room told the front desk and was told that they would let the manager know..no one came to check..never staying...

“Not sure why there are so many good reviews for this place. Once we arrived, it was obvious cheap renovations had been done to mask the reality that in spite of the renovations, this place has a lot of problems.
