“Breakfast was typical continental breakfast but it was good and coffee as well. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. I would be happy to stay there again. ”

“No Business Center as is noted online. If you need something printed they will NOT! They would not print out a receipt or folio upon exiting the property after our stay. Very basic offerings for breakfast. Place smelled like weed/pot/marijuana out front, in the parking lot, and in hallways. Owners weasel to nickel and dime guests at every corner. Don't be fooled by price. All smoke and mirrors.”

“We did enjoy our stay, there are a few things that could be better. It was raining and right above our patio door the ceiling was leaking, we put a towel down on the floor, it was only during the heavy rain. We were in room 328. The chair in our room had a material that felt wet. We put a sheet on it and it was fine. It was nice and quite , and the beds where good. Parking was good and the girl at checkout was nice. We would stay again.”

“At first look you are not sure. Then you walk in to a clean smelling lobby. Great staff, fresh breakfast and comfortable room. I would stay here again.”

“Nice price and location in Alvin TX on the bypass. AC didn't do much for the Gulf Coast humidity, which wasn't that high on that date. I looked at the Continental breakfast and went to Whataburger instead.”
