“The room is clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good as reviews. However, my room was on the first floor, next to elevator and reception area. The service staffs started working around 3:00 am. They pushed carts along the hallway back and/or forth, talked to each other very loudly. The worse part was the fire alarms in my room and the hallway went off around 5:00 am in the morning. That really was annoying. Unpleasant stay. ”

“Nrg close, no shuttle. Pool not available to use. Weed smell as soon as you walk in lobby and exit the elevator. The room had prior people clothes and towels still in it. Disnwasher not close. Lamp was hanging by wire so scared to use. Ac in bedroom horrible. Fold out sofa not close so couch and sleeper sofa not able to use as well. Pictures very misconceiving. One maid was very nice. Complained to front desk. Nothing happened. Horrible experience for what i paid. Will not use service again.”

“Honestly it looked like it was going out of business. The lobby was very nice and it looks like they maybe remodeling this location. The air conditioner was not good and clearly need maintenance. The room smelled like mold. We changed rooms and the bathroom didn't have broken tile in it but had all the above problems. We only stayed at night the rest of the time at the hospital with our grandson. If I had not already paid for the room up front, we would have moved. Didn’t feel safe...

“The breakfast here was one of the poorest I've seen since Covid's "bag lunch" breakfasts. On the 2nd morning I'd swear the eggs and sausages were the left overs I'd seen the day before.
The traffic noises were loud in the room. The parking lot was quite cramped.
To the hotel's credit, the rooms were clean and the staff was nice.
Usually there is poor lighting in hotel rooms but this room had plenty, requiring This 11 switches to control them all.
The TV's were Amazon Fire software...
