“The property was clean and new. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was usual cereal and waffles etc.
It’s close to downtown medical area where we needed to be. This hotel is very nice and half the price of medical district. Will stay here again.”

“I booked this place so i would intrude while stopping by to visit family friends and the the pictures made it look like it was in a decent area near downtown and I was definitely wrong it’s not a nice neighborhood and the 9.whatever rating it said it was for solo travelers couldn’t be more false in my opinion. So that being said i ended up not even spending any time there and definitely didn’t sleep there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The property felt unsettling, with people screaming throughout the night and strange noises that made it difficult to feel comfortable or get any rest.
The management was extremely unprofessional, and the front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. They kept the reception door closed for most of the day, making it difficult to get assistance when needed.
