“The room was good bed was very comfortable. My issues were with the fact you claim to have shuttle service which is why we booked with you and then found out we actually did not because your shuttle is a small mini van with only a couple seats and you have to be the first to check in to get on the list. Also the shuttle from airport was very uncomfortable and warn out. Do not claim to have shuttle service when you pretty much do not. Your check in staff seemed not to care at all. Which it is...
