“My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The elevator felt shaky and smelled like marijuana and urine, and the hallways had a sewage odor. The room had stains on the couch and walls, and the bathroom did not seem properly cleaned. The pool was closed during our stay, which was frustrating.
The breakfast was okay, but the biggest issue was the front desk staff. An older woman and older man working the desk were rude and unwelcoming. When I asked for shampoo and conditioner, the woman rolled her...
