“Employees are always so very nice and want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They go way out of their way to make sure all is good with your stay. Room is very nice and quiet. Have stayed several times. We enjoy our stay each time.”

“This hotel was old (which is fine), however, only parts of it were updated and maintained. The sheets and bedding seemed clean, the carpet in the room was newer. However, we found 3 dead bugs (easily visible) in our room. The faucet had not been wiped down and had a film and fingerprints all over it. The couch was pretty worn down. At breakfast (2 night stay), the fridge was empty except for butter and cream cheese. There was no yogurt, milk, or other offerings. The baked good were also...

“Everything worked quite well thank you so much. I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment. I live in Texas so now I have to find a different place to stay because I decided to stay in Kansas City one more night. ”
