The guard immediately accused my partner of being a vandal and then proceeded to tell us the area was unsafe, which only added to our concerns. The interaction was unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome from the start. To make matters worse, the property charged my card before the date listed on Expedia. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking at other options before booking here.”

“When we booked the hotel it said it had a Jacuzzi and it didn’t also the beds were stiff. Staff was polite.and breakfast was great. also check-in time was a little late to check in at 3 PM.”

“Front desk woman at check in was very helpful and put us in a handicapped room with walk in shower on the ground floor even though we had not requested that. My wife has difficulty walking any distance and we use a wheelchair for her sometimes. Room was nice and the shower was excellent. The attached casino had only a bar and a hamburger place for eating. Nothing else close that we knew about. The hamburger place was kind of pricey but the food was good. No valet so had to schlep our own...

“I usually travel and stay at inexpensive hotels. I don't need a lot. Just a decent place to stay. I booked two rooms for my wife and I, and also two other people we traveled with. There was rust in the tub in my room and the toilet seat was loose and the roll of tissue on the side of the toilet was just about gone. But I could live with the room. But the other room had no chairs to sit on! And the television in that room buffered the whole time. If you switch channels you had to wait a...
