“Great hotel for exploring Old Port! Wasn't too far from anything - felt like the perfect location for our long weekend getaway. Beds are SO comfortable, great pillows, nice shower. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We did ask for our room to be cleaned on day 2 of our 4 night stay and it wasn't done (had to ask again the next day), but other than that it was a great experience.”

“Location is good. Rooms are nice, modern, very clean. Breakfast was not great and monotonous for a 3 day stay. The staff over communicated in my opinion by text which some people might feel is good, but I found a bit fatiguing.”

“Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.”

“The location was awesome! The games and pool table in the lobby were perfect for my teenager kids so they could stay up later and have fun. The parking was a bit odd, especially since you had to pay for it;)”
