“Check in and explained to the front desk I have 2 reservations and that I would like to just stay in my got to room 835 and it did not have heat matienenace then came back with a room key saying I would have to switch rooms. This morning as I was heading out for business I was told the new room is already booked and I would have to pack my things and move to another room. What was the point of me telling them I didn’t want to change rooms? They assured me thatk. Now I’m being inconvenienced”

“Let's start by saying that both Expedia and the property double charged my credit card bor the same booking. After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement. Neither party can explain the reason for the double charge and continue to make excuses. Very disappointed especially with Expedia. Myself and everyone i know will no longer use their services. ”

“I booked the room then when I got there about half an hour later they said they didn’t have any reservations. I showed her the confirmation and the paid receipt and she just told me that I had to wait. I already paid online. So I waited an hour and a half for them to give me a key. I got no apology.
