“The rooms are gorgeous. They are in a small courtyard. Lounge area with TV and kitchen area with kettle and toaster. Plus fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge. Small dining table and chairs. No cooking facilities but great if you want a takeaway.”

“Stayed for two nights as attending a function locally. Accommodation perfect for us. Well appointed studio with en-suite shower/wc. Very clean and nicely furnished. Own entrance to rear of pub. Street parking plentiful and free. Pub restaurant had tasteful decor, friendly staff and good food. This would make an ideal base for touring south Lincolnshire or north west Norfolk. ”

“I wouldn't recommend this owner and his property to no one, As he scammed us. We booked the lodge the one he showed on the website but when we arrived at the place he told us that property isnt available and he offered us another ridiculous place to stay, when we entered there omg it was dirty, the toielt was blocked and it was big mess.
