“The staff was outstanding and the room spotless. The breakfast was excellent and continuously restocked. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the mountains. Parking was easy and the hotel is close to lots of great restaurants and recreation areas. The shower pressure could use improvement and comfort height toilets would be great for older people. We would definitely go back!”

“The room was clean the TV did not work and the ice machine was nowhere to be found”

“We booked through Expedia the Common Man Inn. My confirmation said off site. When checking in we found out it was up the street on the left. The Lodge. It was not inviting like Inn property. Lobby was not fresh and clean. After further research there are multiple properties and this one is, Common Man Lodge not the Inn. It is a two story motor inn that they remodeled. So when booking be aware you are not off site. Very disappointing, this was get away weekend for my birthday. So we checked...

“The stay was very very good. Checking in was inconvenient because you had to dice a couple mins away to check in. They should tell explain ahead of time check in address is different from actual hotel. Otherwise, a solid, excellent place to stay.”

“Laconia week is usually busy at bike week and expensive. Stayed here on two different years and it was a good experience.”

“Very clean and well stocked rooms. You can get extra towels for the pool. Plenty of parking and staff is always welcoming and helpful. We have stayed there many times and love the rooms with kitchen and separate bedroom and pet friendly!”

“Over all we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff pleasant and accommodating. We did not use the pool. The building is very close to the road which could be noisy at times. The diner next door and the burger place across the street were very convenient and very good.”
