“We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Waterville Valley ski area. The room was clean however the TV did not work which was a bummer but overall not a big deal. I would stay there again. ”

“This hotel was very clean and well kept. I can’t remember being greeting by a front desk staff in such a friendly, cheerful manner as I was when we arrived. Breakfast buffet was tasty, plentiful with a lot of variety. The only minor complaint I have is the hotel seemed fairly empty and our room was next to a guy snoring. We could hear him. It was funny I guess. Next time I would ask for a room at least one away from other guests if possible. ”

“While the staff were nice, the room has mold on the curtains but they claimed it was from water from the AC. There were no night stands to put belongings and the hot water did not work in the shower. ”

“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. Bathroom was clean and fine, so were beds. Once we adjusted the thermostat it was warm. They could do better snow clean up on the property, other guests had to shovel out a...

“We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure ”
