“Amazing location and cute cottage. Would recommend leaving ac running if guests are checking in as the window ac cooled the place but took a few hours and it was close to 94 degrees out when we checked in. Would also recommend keeping a few coffee mugs for guests and doing a deeper clean of the bathroom.”

Me and my girls were in between moving in and out of different homes and spent 10 nights here - It was perfect and what we needed during the transition! Being right on the water was a dream come true - especially the views waking up first thing in the morning and then around sunset. “It is a lovely cottage with easy access to Charlevoix, state parks, the beach, as well as groceries and restaurants.”

“We had the best family vacation at Jeff’s place. There were 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty to do for all ages! The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the large game room. The water is shallow and clear right off the dock which was perfect for our kids! The sunsets were amazing! We hope to come back again! ”

“The setting is beautiful. The house is quirky and charming. Decor really leans into the rustic. I think we were the second or third visitors to the property and they were still working out a few things, but would definitely recommend to a family with older kids. There is only one bathroom and no dishwasher, but the outdoor amenities (fire pit, dock, lake) are excellent.”

“Our stay was wonderful! Check-in and out process was simple and communication was quick and easy. Kitchen was very well stocked and having spices was a nice bonus (bring your own salt, pepper and oils). There is a full dining set outside as well as chairs around the fire pit. Inside was very clean and comfortable and the backyard was great to hang out in. It felt relatively secluded while being in a neighborhood. Central lake is a cute town and has a small grocery store. “The house was very nice, in a peaceful area with pretty views, and a convenient location for visiting many lake towns. The house also was more than enough room for 8 people with a well stocked kitchen and anything else you might need. We certainly enjoyed our stay.”

“Cute, clean, cozy, quiet and very comfortable cabin. The cabin has everything one might need. We enjoyed the lake, reading on the porch and visiting Bellaire and Alden. Great communication with the property management co. Definitely reccommend.. ”
