“Property was quaint and well-maintained”

“Even if golf isn't your thing, you'll enjoy Treetops Resort. Beautiful vistas, luxurious accommodations, and friendly helpful staff.”

“What amenities? We were never told about any. Rooms not maintained well at all. If you have trouble with walking or balance i would not recommend staying here. At least not in the building we were in. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed. Spiders and bugs everywhere. Carpet was horrible. Room needs a complete refresh. On the plus side the room was plenty large, and the ice machine was useful. Fridge worked well and plenty of hot water in the shower.”

“I booked a room for a substantial amount of money because my 90 year old father was in the hospital with heart issues. He was supposed to be in for a couple days. A couple hours after I booked the room, he was surprisingly able to be released. The hotel manager was very uncooperative about even listening for my refund request. I had just driven 13 hours straight from North Carolina. I expected a little compassion and empathy but apparently he wanted to get the ridiculous amount of money and then...

“When I say this was bad… I mean it. And I’m not even one to leave a review. Our first room was so dirty (wad of hair in the tub, piece of a tampon wrapper on the floor, a cherry pit on the carpet… ) they moved us and the second room while I guess it was better than the first, still the paint was peeling and molding in the bathroom. This place was cheap but there was a reason for that. The advertisement images were wildly deceiving.”

“Great property! Super clean, amazing amenities and comfortable beds. Great location. Walking distance to brewery/restaurant, bakery/coffee shop, ice cream and more! Would stay again!”

“This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.”

“We have stayed here several times over the years and have always enjoyed this little place. Always clean and friendly in a peaceful location. Unfortunately, the place is getting a little too pricey for a senior couple.”
