Hotel a Wolverine

“As expected this lodge is quite old. It is well taken care of with kind staff. The rooms were clean, I felt safe. There was a continental breakfast which had the items I needed. They were pet friendly. I believe most hotels are quite expensive for what they offer and this was no exception. Overall, I have no complaints.”

“I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I could hear very clearly the guests in the room above us. Very thin floors. Water pressure on the shower was poor. Definitely not worth the $260 we paid.”

“When you rent a room through Expedia, the property gives you the worst possible room they have in the worst possible location. It would be okay if the room cost $40 a night but I still pay close to $100 a night for the crapiest room they have. The room they gave me was in the way back at the end of a long hallway where they were remodeling the interior of the building at 9 AM in the morning. The workers were Mexican and lived in a room down the hall from the roommate occupied.”

“Professional and courteous staff. Our room was very clean and inviting. Exceptional breakfast bar with a lot of choices. Coffee was very good with selections to choose from. Very nice swimming pool, well maintained and huge!!!! 👍🇺🇸”

“We stayed one night and would stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the bay. We didn't come for the casino, so can't describe the shuttle service. But we did use the hot tub which was delightful and well maintained.”

“Breakfast was good The carpet needs to be updated in rooms. The carpet by the entry door was ripped up. The hotel was easy to find and close to shops, food and gas stations”

“When I arrived in my room after check-in, the first thing I did was check the sheets. Both beds had stained sheets. The front desk employee apologized and gave me another one. I checked those, they were both dirty. I went back to the man at the desk and he went looking for a clean room, which took another 20 mins. I didn't plan on spending an hour checking in, so that sucked. Third room had a bed I could sleep in. When I showered the next day, there was no body/hand soap in the bottle on the...

“Tried to get refund. When we arrived the front was packed and stacked with garbage bags - the office was a little cubby hole /. The reception couldn’t get on line on the laptop. The scene was unsettling and think the pictures are woefully inaccurate. I’ve been traveling a long time and love small business. Not much complainer but the owner needs to figure thus out. Or maybe sell it. We would like refund. Didn’t stay or check in”

“Pools were not maintained supposed to be heated and was not. One of the hot tubs was ice cold. One of the outdoor pools were unusable with green water. The indoor outdoor pool was cold and full of pollen. This cement around the pool was all cracked and broken with large chunks missing with rugs over the cracks which I thought was a big hazard.
