“Loud kids running around on the floor above after 10 pm for over an hr and also early in the morning (7am) Not the kids fault, it’s the parents. Suggestion: families with kids should have to stay on the ground floor in all hotels/motels.”

“My wife and I loved our hotel room, complimentary breakfast, roomy and clean bathroom and shower area, very comfortable, clean beds, very friendly and helpful staff all around from the front desk, house keeping, kitchen staff and the location is superb in that it is close to Peteosky, Bay Shore and downtown Charlevoix. So, I must whole heartedly recommend to everyone who wants to pick an excellent place to stay, it would be here.”

“Clean rooms great staff well maintained”

“I booked a room for a substantial amount of money because my 90 year old father was in the hospital with heart issues. He was supposed to be in for a couple days. A couple hours after I booked the room, he was surprisingly able to be released. The hotel manager was very uncooperative about even listening for my refund request. I had just driven 13 hours straight from North Carolina. I expected a little compassion and empathy but apparently he wanted to get the ridiculous amount of money and then...

“The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is included. We were on the first floor and the parking right outside your door was great for unpacking the car. The shower was the best we have had on this trip. Conveniently located to activities.”

“The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :)”

They will close you down instantly Unacceptable. Room 103 had a bathroom door with 1/3 of it MOLD. On the bottom it was coming apart. I could not believe it when I saw it.
