Overall summary: If you are looking for a place to crash for the night, this is a good option. If you're looking for a more relaxing vacation experience, I would look at another option.
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was very good. Hot scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, chili, biscuits & gravy, plus yogurt, toast, waffles. I would consider it a hot breakfast, not a continental breakfast. There was also chili available for 'snacks' in the evening. Lots of places for charging cords. The mini fridge was great. It was the extra tall type that has a freezer inside of it. We were able to keep our cooler ice paks frozen and all of our food cold with no issues. There was also a microwave, which was great for reheating some leftovers when we were too tired to go out.
Cons: We were there for three nights and the room didn't get cleaned once. I don't mind not having the linens changed every night, but it would have been nice if the trash had been taken out at least. There was also pet kibble on the floor in our bathroom that remained the entire time we were there that was from a previous tenant (another indicator that the room wasn't cleaned). The breakfast is only from 6-8, which is not very leisurely vacation friendly. There isn't really a place on the grounds to relax. The drains in the sink and the bathtub didn't drain very well, so you ended up standing in water if you tried to shower. The tv remote did not work well with the tv.
