Room was clean, facilities all worked. Outside of facility (sidewalks/stairs/parking is not very clean or well maintained (at least for my 2 day visit).

Cottages at Bay Harbor
Had a great stay at the Crooked Tree cottage. Excellent service and hospitality. Unit could use some minor updates but well stocked. No issues and would stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family and Friends 4 Bedroom Newer Vacation Home
The place was clean and very comfortable for our stay. A little different walking in and out through the bedroom.Al was very nice, quick to respond to all my emails and text! Super host!

Country setting. Two miles from downtown Petoskey.
We very much enjoyed our time staying here. The host has made sure the place is clean and paid attention to all the little details that helps a person feel comfortable. It was the cleanest location, hotel or Vrbo, I’ve stayed at. It is just outside Petoskey down a private road that takes you away ...
