“We loved our time in Charlevoix. This big beautiful house was a good fit for our large family group, ages 1 thru 71.Pros - location is fantastic: fun beach access, beautiful views from the porch, and an easy walk to downtown. Plenty of bathrooms, and most bedrooms with queen-sized beds, which can be hard to find. We had a couple of maintenance issues that the host resolved right away, which was much appreciated. Cons - lots of small rooms, so no easy place for the whole group to gather together...

“This home is in a beautiful location, close to a wonderful beach, in a quiet area close to downtown Charlevoix. It is a lovely, home with a big kitchen for easy cooking and lots of bedrooms for kids or friends. We loved every minute of our stay and were grateful for the help the owners gave when we couldn’t figure out how to work some of the appliances! What a beautiful place to vacation!”

“We had an incredible week at this wonderful property! The house had everything we needed. We cooked some meals and found the kitchen well stocked and easy to work in. Loved the extra space provided by the retro table and chairs. The property is also a very easy walk into downtown, Lake Michigan, and Lake Charlevoix. The hosts graciously accepted our large dog who greatly enjoyed the space in the fenced backyard. And we loved the multiple seating options and large table in the yard. The host...

“This was such a a well appointed house on a lovely quiet lake. We enjoyed how close it is to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey. My husband enjoyed his kayak while our son caught a small mouth bass from the dock.”

“Great location, price, pet friendly and response of host. Had a lot of room to move around. Our only downside was the shower pressure. It seems to still be a work in progress but overall they rocked it out for us. We are low key kinda people so overall give it a 4 out of 5 stars. ”

“Loved our stay in Charlevoix at Andrew’s property! Walking distance to restaurants, downtown shopping, the City marina and amphitheater, library, Lake Michigan beaches, lighthouse and ice cream! Our grand children loved the play yard under the huge shade trees, great entertainment when you’re done for the day! Easy check-in/out process, house amenities and super nice host. Would definitely recommend a stay!”
