We enjoyed fishing on several local lakes as well exploring the area. The home was clean, comfortable, and great getaway for two. ”

“Had a fantastic weekend here. We love Oscoda and this is a beautiful spot right on Lake Huron. The manager Chad was very helpful and a super nice guy. Keep in mind before booking this place doesn’t have certain amenities like towels, soap or shampoo and garbage bags. It does have appliances, silverware, dishware, and an outdoor grill. They’re in the process of updating it so right now so many things are pretty rough around the edges, especially the interior of the cabins. We wouldn’t hesitate to...

“We loved staying in an iconic mushroom house (smallest one I think) and the house is surprisingly spacious. The design of the “Half House” is well-organized inside, you just feel like an oversized person in a hobbit house in the most adorable way (yes, ceiling height was great!). The fireplace was our favorite feature. Our host was kind and gracious, all amenities were supplied and we just loved it here. ”

“The cottage was just what we needed. It was plenty big enough for 5 adults and 2 kids. The lake was great for my granddaughters for swimming and the sandy bottom worked out well. Had everything we needed as far for cooking, rooms of a good size. We went the sand dune clime and butterfly zoo in traverse city. Stacey was great to work with. Will go back for sure next year. ”
