Hotel a Vanderbilt

“When I booked this hotel it was an AmericInn, however when I arrived it was changed to a Quality Inn with no prior indication. I did receive calls from Windham but they never left a message to identify the change prior to my check in. The building did not have any address on it to help identify it as the hotel we needed to be at. Otherwise, it was a very clean hotel. The staff did their best with what appeared to be a new system. “Quaint, budget friendly hotel with parking right in front of your room entrance. Ideal location with several restaurants just across the street, convenience store and gas station just down the road. Cozy rustic rooms with cable TV, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Very helpful and personable hotel associate. Great for an overnight stop on our trip to Canada!”

“Our toilet was not cleaned. The bowl was still dirty. The young lady running the breakfast buffet was not very helpful when we needed supplies, she was very slow at refilling the food. Other than that it was a nice stay.”

“The rooms are very spacious and offer a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and sink. The ski area is fantastic! The only negative is the outdated pool. The inside part, since it continues to the outside, is very worn down and claustrophobic!”

“We chose a bay view room and the window was very dirty and also the pillows were very uncomfortable. Had a drs appointment first thing in the morning went to use the shower and could not figure out how to get the shower to work and shower head was very dirty.”
