“We had a dog and I was surprised how clean the room was that we stayed in. They have a designated hall for guests with dogs so I thought they wouldn't be as nice but our room was clean and smelled normal. The area outside to take your dog was clean, easily accessible and set up perfect to take your pet out. “So alot , When we first arrived the fridge didn't work so we got moved to a new room. That night the toilet stopped working we had told housekeeping they said they would take care of it and when we got back 9 hrs later it still wasnt working so we had to go to the desk and ask for a plunger. The water / pool was really nice , however the fishtank outback looks like its never been serviced and the fish were starving to death. ( Litteraly tried eating our fingers.)
