“Room was dirty with used towels and hair from the previous guest. They would not honor the confirmed price from my Feb '26 reservation. They said it was due to new ownership of the hotel. New ownership is not American owned and feels like they don' t care about basic American hotel standards. Receptionist was only two months old with the company and had no idea her bosses names or their contact information. There was no way for me to reach out to them to discuss these issues. “Room smelled very moldy and wet. Management not able to put us in another room due to full house. No compensation for the bad room. Not happy…..”

“Tv viewing was terrible, kept buffering. Limited shows. Rooms clean. Had to call down to desk to get comforter changed, smelled like BO. But we all know they don’t wash them.”

“I had lots of issues with my stay. We were in the 1 queen bed which puts you either right on top of or next to the continental breakfast area. Making you have to hear everyone as early as 7am talking and moving chairs. Aside from that, our room was a bit dirty, our a/c unit rattled like crazy, shower would keep dripping, and the WiFi funny enough would not work in our room (personal devices and TV). Go anywhere else and it would connect. I’m very disappointed because it costed a lot of money,...

“There was a vape in my room (I don’t smoke), part of a phone charger was stuck in the electrical outlet, my bed sheet had a yellow stain on it, one of the towels had already been used, there was only one roll of toilet paper for four people, there were no paper towels—just an empty box—and the floor was dirty. The property may be old, but that is not an excuse for poor cleanliness”

“Very nice place! Owner is on site, and exceptionally helpful. Not a lot of bells and whistles,but what is there is well taken care of. A little dated, but it's perfect for what it is. Will certainly book again. Wonderful pool”
