Hotel vicino a Elwood Beach - Melbourne

“Room was in fair condition a few bits of furniture that were tatty. Beds were comfortable. Said it was a studio but more like a normal hotel bedroom just with a microwave and toaster as extra. No balcony although there was one outside the window which was connected to the room next door which was a bit weird as they could walk past our window and look in to our room. The staff were excellent very helpful. Not really close to anything beach was about a mile away only an Aldi next door”

“Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro. Tram a 3 minuti dall’hotel. Zona tranquilla a 15 minuti da via piena di posti per mangiare e a 25 min dalla spiaggia. Buon rapporto prezzo qualità.”

“L'hotel si trova a metà tra la city e la zona di Chapel Street, una delle mete della vita notturna di Melbourne e non distante da St. Kilda. L'appartamento è dotato di 3 camere da letto un saloncino e bagno e toilette separata. Per quando nella descrizione era previsto il wifi gratuito non è presente nell'appartamento (dove è possibile a pagamento), ma è presente solo alla reception dell'hotel di riferimento che si trova in un edificio separato. Tutte le camere da letto sono ampie e con letto...

“Location perfect. Close to beach and places to eat. Main shopping area within walking distance. Parking straightforward. The accommodation itself ( 1 bed apartment) was poorly cleaned. Dog hairs on sofa, bed and chairs. Tables and kitchen worktops were in need of a good clean. Under sofa cushions full of last visitors remnants. Kitchen utensils dirty. Floors required vacuum. Dubious marks around toilet door. We did mention to staff on arrival and again on leaving as generally don’t like...

“St Kilda East Backpackers. We walked in, not one to book us in, not that that mattered, we couldn't stay there. smelt like dead rats, worse than if you pictured a hovel. We rang the owner, and Wotif rang the owner. Both responses were if people want a clean place to stay, they should go somewhere else. I would be very surprised if Wotif allow this hostel to book through them ever again.”

“Felt very at home in this leafy first floor apartment. Extremely close to the Astor Theatre. Communication re parking was a little unclear but we figured it out. Excellent for attending concerts and so on in St Kilda and surrounds.”

“The Cullen is a lovely hotel, it’s just starting to show signs of age and wear. The balcony that we paid extra to have was dirty, the furniture just an old cracked table and 2 dirty plastic chairs. The penthouse is so nice, it is a shame that there are cracked pavers on the balcony, some are raised and are a tripping hazard. It a sad to see the hotel not being maintained. ”
