“Pulito, letto comodo, angolo cucina, bagno grande, ottima vista con patio direttamente con vista mare, ottimo prezzo e prestazione. Unico appunto, siamo arrivati due minuti dopo le 18.00 e non c’era più nessuno in reception. Non ci avevano inviato nessun messaggio e c’era solo un numero da chiamare. Ma come cliente straniero se sono senza roaming, magari un numero whatsapp faciliterebbe la comunicazione, usando oggigiorno tutti delle e-sim. Ma per il resto ottimo posto in cui passare una...

“Hard to get into off the main road with a car. Excellent Supermarket close by.”

“Location was perfect. We loved that the hot pools were directly across the road and it was a short walk into town.”

“This hotel is gorgeous- the refurbishment is beautifully done and the room I had was really spacious. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette and barhroom were user-friendly and super clean. I will say the parking can be a bit of an issue, particularly if you have bags to drop off and because of the location ( the middle of the CBD) the street and traffic noise is really loud. If you dont mind street noise though its the perfect innercity stay.”

“Love staying here. 3rd time now. Good value for money and it's s so handy with the bistro which has lovely food. Staff are always give great service too. The only little gripe I have this time, was the aircon had a constant whine all night but other than that still enjoyed our stay. ”

“Probably the worst motel we have stayed in in NZ, in recent years. Would strongly advise to avoid! It’s dirty, and cold, horrible beds, and no service other than towels replaced. Days with rubbish not removed, floors not hovered all week! Air con wasn’t working until my husband cleaned it! Items broken such a cracked light switches, and drawers broken. Mold in both the bathrooms, and hairs under the sink area from previous guests other in our group had complained but nothing changed! Just...
