“Everything was top notch”

“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

“I wish I can add pictures, room was disgusting dirty . Rolled flack hair is everywhere, old socks, previously left in a room… we couldn’t walk in the floors, was soooo dirty , I think outside was cleaner then inside. I would never recommend to stay there. I made a comment on google , property management apologize and ‘ hopped’ we coma back again. That’s is so crazy to me .”

“The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come...

“Great place to stay for a small trip”

“The room had a smell of a dirty wet mop. The carpets were either laundered and not properly dried or the previous occupants caused the carpet to be wet. Additionally the AC did not work properly and continuously turned off, had to manually turn it back on every couple of hours.”

“Great location - steps to the beach, walkable to shopping and restaurants. Minutes from the free trolley stop to take us to shelter cove harbor, we didn't even need to rent a car. Our only issue was that despite full service room cleaning offered on request at check-in, when we asking for this service (every day), this was not accommodated once.”

“We picked this for our 2 night memorial weekend stay. It was so close to Hilton heads beaches it worked perfect for us!! Ample parking, a pool, luggage carts, nice room. Only thing in the queen bed rooms that sucks is the bathroom sliding door is terrible. Either it gets stuck and you have to try to get out or it doesn’t stay fully closed. Also the one bed is wayyy to close to the ac/heat thing. You basically hit it getting out of bed. Way too close to that wall. But full kitchen is always our...
