“Service at the restaurant (Ajax) and hotel was extremely poor. Tried calling the front desk and housekeeping multiple times and calls were not answered. Would not stay here again.”

“The room and customer service were not in line with what I paid to stay there. The front desk staff at check-in was not particularly welcoming despite my efforts to engage them and be friendly. They got the job done, and accommodated my request for a 1 hour late check-out, but they could just as easily have been working at a Motel 6 for all the customer service skills they exhibited. “Albergo comodo, pulito con una bella hall. Camera spaziosa e letto comodissimo. Ottima la qualità della biancheria letto/bagno. Utile la presenza di una piscina e di una palestra veramente ben attrezzata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. L'unica nota negativa che abbiamo riscontrato è il rumore eccessivo causato dalla doccia del vicino, quando utilizzata. Le camere andrebbero insonorizzate meglio. ”

“The property is well located near the will village at cu boulder . The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!! My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant. ”
