“We had a great stay in this property! The unit was clean and perfectly set up for a weekend stay. I went with my children and a grandparent. The views from the living room were phenomenal -- even though we weren't beachfront, we could see the beach from multiple points. The beds were all comfortable (the pillows are honestly the best pillows I have ever had at any rental!). “I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. “Very cute little place. It’s about a 15 min walk to the end of the boardwalk. There are a few nice little restaurants a few blocks away. Parking is easy. The beach is right there which was awesome.There is a kitchen and washer/dryer (don’t forget to bring detergent if you plan to use it) which is very nice. “Such a lovely rental! Very clean with modern furniture and decor, a fully stocked kitchen, an end unit with canal view. It was perfect for our family! We stayed for just a couple nights with our 2 kids (age 13 and 9) so the bunk room was awesome for them! The host was incredibly responsive and polite with all my inquiries.
