“The hotel was nice. Parking was easy and the staff was all great. The restaurant is in the same area as the indoor pool so I can see where some negative comments regarding that come from. It was noisy and of course smelled like an indoor pool area. The food was good so that made up for it. The air conditioning in our room was broken during our stay. They compensated us for it not working which I thought was fair. We were there off season so many things were not open yet so I cannot give a full...

“We went during March so the weather was not warm yet but booked because I found a great deal and wanted to check out this hotel. Overall the grounds are nice. The bedroom was smaller than expected. Location is great with being right on the beach. Breakfast was typical since it was free. The pool was somewhat heated but not really but overall my kids were able to enjoy.”

“The gym was very small. The shower needs a removable handle. The pressure could have been stronger as well. Instead of a straight shower bar, it needs the curved ahower bar so that the shower curtain does not touch you. Had to pay extra to park in the parking lot associated with the hotel, such a rip-off!! $10 plus taxes”

“They charged us $20 for early check in. We arrived a little after 2. Check in was 3. Other hotels we stayed at down there never charged money for an early check in. Breakfast was okay. Juice machine broke, ran out of creamer and they had to run to the store for milk. Not very organized for breakfast. Room was dirty in the corners. We won’t be going back.”

“The customer service is excellent. Definitely a draw to return on future trips. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast choice could be improved, but it is currently satisfactory. ”
