“No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.”

“We had a very nice stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. My only complaint is the breakfast situation. There wasn’t a full breakfast offered—just coffee and muffins. Unfortunately, on the morning we stayed, the coffee machine wasn’t working, which was disappointing. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning because...

“The hotel was under heavy renovation and it was pretty evident everywhere except for the front entrance area. The carpets in the hallway were extremely dirty and the stairway seemed to be falling apart. If it weren't for the renovations actively happening, I would have just assumed the place was falling apart. Our room appeared to be in much better condition upon first glance, but that changed once we got back to our room for the night. We dropped our bags off and that had to go to another...
